... is an orphan chimpanzee; his mother was attacked by a leopard and died of her severe injuries. We were all heartbroken to see little Oscar without his beloved mother. He seemed traumatized. But little did we know that hidden behind this little chimpanzee was a stubborn fighter. He started to fight for his life, and tried to keep up with the group which was exhausting for such a young chimpanzee. Oscar finally was adopted by a member of his group and today he is a strong happy little chimpanzee who has learned to master his life.
