The transboundary forest landscape complex of Outamba-Kilimi, Kuru Hills and Pinselli-Soyah-Sabouyah between Sierra Leone and Guinea is of special interest to the Wild Chimpanzee Foundation, because it is home to endangered species, such as western chimpanzees and forest elephants. Presently, we are in the process of receiving a registration as a non-profit organization in Sierra Leone.
